As a result of collaboration throughout SMG's client base seeking to share and learn, we were pleased to present the first SMG Best Practice Summit, September 29, 2010 in Kansas City, MO, with a special networking event the evening of September 28. The interactive format, exclusively for SMG Clients, featured both an Executive Track and a Power User Track with sessions centered around best practices and peer-to-peer sharing as well as a keynote presentation from bestselling author, Keith Ferrazzi.
