SMG Reporting plots store locations within 100 miles and displays detailed scores from the last 30 days. Now it’s easier than ever to keep track of your region.
If Nearby Locations is enabled for your account, you must grant permission for the app to use your current location.
Check your Alerts at the touch of a button. SMG provides alerting based on multiple measures, including scores on certain survey measures, customer request for contact, and product or associate mention in an open-ended comment. SMG Alert on your mobile device allows you to track and address your Alerts on the go.
Stay up-to-date with your most valuable information. Quickscores on your mobile device gives you direct access to your scores.
SMG Reporting displays real-time customer comments — giving users immediate insight into the voice of the customer. Your instant comments contain date and time of the comment, the location, and the survey item that prompted the response, paired with the verbatim comments.
SMG Reporting is available for iOS on the iPhone 3GS, 4 and 4S and on the iPad 2nd and 3rd generation. It is also available on Android for devices running Froyo, Gingerbread, Honeycomb and Ice Cream Sandwich updates. You must be a current SMG client to use SMG Reporting. Single sign-on implementations are available for select clients.
