1. Tell us what an average day in the life is like for you.

An average day for me ranges from working with my team to create something awesome for our clients, presenting analysis findings to our clients, building relationships, and staying on top of all the large and small projects that my team is working on. Outside of my Senior Account Manager responsibilities, I serve as a member of the SMG hiring cadre, interviewing potential candidates to join our team.

2. What is it like working on your team?

My team has a solid work hard, play hard attitude. We challenge each other to provide the best we can for our clients while making it fun during (and after) a project. Collaboration is key for our team’s success and we rely on each other to make great deliverables.

3. What do you love most about your job?

Our clients present us with challenging business questions and complex data sets. I enjoy thinking through creative ways to cut through the clutter and help our brands focus on what really matters. Our clients are all striving to provide best-in-class experiences, and I love helping them make smart decisions.

4. How does your job contribute to our clients’ success?

The insights we share with our clients directly impact customers all over the world. Brands take action on our insights to create better experiences for their consumers. This action leads to continued growth for our clients in customer relationships, brand loyalists, and sales.

5. What would you tell someone interested in joining the SMG team?

Go for it! SMG is consistently investing in their people, which provides employees with development opportunities and never-ending learning. Working for SMG has given me opportunities to grow in ways I didn’t know were possible for me.
