Tell us what an average day in the life is like for you.

The great thing about working in Client Insights is the variability in your workday. From engaging with clients, preparing insights presentations, and discussing products and technical solutions with Operations to coaching team members—there is never a dull moment!

 

What is it like working on your team?

We are a pretty close-knit team with each person bringing a unique perspective and personality. The best part of the week is when we get together each Monday to talk about recent challenges and successes. We are a focused group, yet know how to have fun along the way.  

 

What do you love most about your job?

The “ah-ha” moments that happen—whether it be uncovering a big insight for a client, helping an employee grow in their career, or solving a complex technical challenge. 

 

How does your job contribute to our clients’ success?

We identify opportunities in the guest experience that directly impact their bottom line.

 

What would you tell someone interested in joining the SMG team?

The opportunities for professional growth are endless, and the relationships you will build are second-to-none.
